William have been in advertising and marketing for over 30 years. Initially working in the newspaper industry for over 20 years, he spent half of that time as advertising manager for the Ballymena Guardian.
At the time the newspaper was the largest selling weekly newspaper in Northern Ireland and played a significant role in the provincial publishing market in Northern Ireland. He became an account manager with Platform Media in 2015.
The key to his success in every role has been his unwavering belief in great customer service and being professional in all his dealings with clients. A characteristic which has served him, his teams, and his customers well and which he now brings to Outdoor Platform, the new generation out-of-home media owner, offering brands an affordable solution to help reach valuable audiences.
Outside of work, William is married to Karyn and has two grown up Children Laura and Jonathan and in the last year a new daughter in law Hannah. He plays a huge role in his local community being involved in church work and is currently a Deacon in Ballymena Congregational Church. He also coaches football and runs a football outreach called Clonavon Youths FC.
